If you've been around kids long enough, you've had the experience of a spilt glass of milk.  Ours at the table seems to always land on the cracks of the table where extra pieces join together.  Getting the milk out is always a chore. Then a few days later you  look around and see milk splatters on the nearby furniture.  Something we learn to live with.

Today, it wasn't just a small glass of milk.  Today, it was a whole mornings' milking....4 gallons spilt in the barn (thank goodness not in the house!).  Somehow as Ted and Jonathan were lifting the milking machine onto the table, the top came off and out came the milk.  We let our two Australian Shepherd dogs in to clean up most of the mess

So instead of having 4 gallons of milk to filter and bottle, what am I doing instead?  Typing this blog .  May your  Monday morning go better than ours!
